At The Empowerment Lab, we value your time and aim to provide a professional, respectful experience for every client. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and can be canceled  up to 1 Hour before your appointment. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session. No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to full charges. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept all major cards through our secure system.
