We’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and guide you toward the right service path—no pressure, just partnership.
Cancellation Policy
ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. At The Empowerment Lab, we value your time and aim to provide a professional, respectful experience for every client. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and can be canceled up to 1 Hour before your appointment. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session. No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to full or partial charges. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept all major cards through our secure system. Please note that empowerment and training sessions are not a substitute for licensed therapy. If you have questions or need to make changes, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!
